/MT103/23 Telegraphic Transfer.
Contract: 12 Months (twelve) with possible rollovers/ SPOT. Inspection: SGS or similar by Seller.
PROCEDURE OF TRANSACTION
1. The Buyer sends ICPO with full banking information, plus the NCNDA/IMFPA, each document signed by, or by
a duly authorized representative on behalf of, the Buyer.
2. The Seller sends Draft Contract to the Buyer, for review by both Parties for any corrections /
modifications, if any.
3. Buyer and Seller signs and seal confirming by electronic signature the Final Contract. Subsequently, this
contract is held and remains valid until hard copies are exchanged, Thereafter Buyer provides proof of
capability to purchase the said product which will be determined by the liftable quantity.
4. Within three (3) banking days after the Buyer provides the Financial Proof of Funds to the Seller´s legal
department, the Seller shall sends to the Buyer´s Bank the POP together with all the documents listed in
section 11.2 of this Agreement.
5. The Buyer carries out due diligence checks on the POP, confirms and sends by SWIFT to Seller Bank the
MT103-23 as payment for the lesser of (a) the first month deliveries and (b) amount equivalent to the total
quantity of Product immediately deliverable by Seller to Buyer, as evidenced by the relevant Proof Of
Product, together with the RDLC for subsequent monthly quantity until all Product is purchased and lifted in
accordance as per Contract, Seller replies with 2% PBG simultaneously.
6. Shipment commences in accordance with the schedule.
