Hilton Hotel / Fake Job Scam Fraud

This is an affirmation that your experience and qualifications where
found successful for the requirements of HILTON HOTELS AND RESORTS London.

Note that HILTON HOTELS AND RESORTS London have already reviewed your
submitted Information and at the same time verify same from our Labor
Consultant and note that you will undergo a face to face interview in our
office here in UK after 2 days upon your arrival to London UK and there
will be a mandatory Orientation/Training Exercise for all Newly Employed
Expatriates which will take place within the Work Metropolis of HILTON
HOTELS AND RESORTS London and this Programmer will start 4days on arrival
for work sign-in.

Send us a Scanned Copy of the Acceptance page .

Secondly, You are to Scan and send to us via E-mail a copy of your
International Passport and 2 Passport Photograph for the immediate
processing, procurement and acquisition of their necessary permits
clearance papers, Immigration documents with the UK HOME OFFICE and
you shall be duly notified once your valid UK Residence and Work
Permits Clearance Papers are completed for the immediate re-location
to your duty Post and Job Commencement in record time.

HILTON HOTELS AND RESORTS London will on conclusion of Procurement of your
relevant Work permit & Resident Permit Documents, assist you in your Visa
Application and as well, the Hard Copies of your Contract Document(s) will
be delivered to you through Our Bank Diplomat to your postal address within
7 working days.

This is in line with the Expatriate Statuary Law of UK in compliance
with the U.N. Terrorism Act.

 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We have in file, your Resume, Job Application and other important data. After the evaluation of these documents, we found you qualified to work with our Team Hence, HILTON HOTELS AND RESORTS . Seek to employ your services as an expatriate consultant for the provision of expatriate services as stipulated in the following acts in this document. This document embodies the approved Terms for the purpose of this contract.

  1. JOB TITLE/ STORE KEEPER
  2. CONTRACT DURATION: 24 MONTHS, (Renewable)

  1. CONSULTING PERSONNE
  2. You shall be expected to work lead a team of prime experienced project personnels with the mandate to provide excellent services.

4.0 JOB LOCATION:   LONDON -UK
                   
  1. MONTHLY SALARY INDICATION
You will be eligible to receive GBP 6800 (Six Thousand Eight Hundred Pounds) –Basic (After tax) Monthly.

6.0   RESUMPTION DATE:   29TH SEPTEMBER , 2013
Salary can be transferred to any Bank designated by you and this must be in conformity with the present tax situation of the Country. Work time shall be 40 hours work week for the (24) month contract term as such employee shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if employee work time exceeds the official stipulated hours. Salary shall also be liable to increments with time and employees' official promotions and position in service.

7.0   ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS
       
Hazard/Inconveniences: GBP 450.00 (Monthly)
Entertainment & Recreation: GPB 310.00 (Monthly)

8.0    PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL
All Employees are entitled to one months Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart one different period. All Employees will receive GBP 2,880.00 Take home for each leave Period. Employer for each Inter-continental trip shall be paid GBP 1,120.00 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class flight, or otherwise if necessary. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase. Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

9.0  UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARY
Four (4) Month salary shall be paid in advance before Candidates embark on journey to assume duty.  This is to enable candidates settle all domestic needs before travel.  As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default. Employees (Expatriates) are to note that Four (4) Month salary are paid as soon as Employee have furnish us with the signed acceptance copy of the contract package, a scan copy of his/her International Passport and 2 Passport Photograph for the immediate processing, procurement and acquisition of your necessary permits clearance papers as this is in line with the UK Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws. All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UK shall be 75% paid into an offshore account to be provided by employee with the remaining 25% paid locally in UK, if accepted by the employee.

10.0   BENEFITS/ACCOMODATION
All Employees are expected to reside at the Company’s Staff estate. There are 2Bedroom Flat.


 11.0 SAFETY & SECURITY
All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the School. All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts. But must be used in accordance with the safety regulations of the organization .

12.0   DOCUMENTS PROCESSING WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT VISA.
Any employee successfully screened and recruited to resume employment at HILTON HOTELS AND RESORTS  (And not presently possessing a valid UK Residence and Work Permits Clearance Papers) Shall be expected to Scan and send to us via E-mail a copy of his/her International Passport and 2 Passport Photograph for the immediate processing, procurement and acquisition of their necessary permits clearance papers with the UK HOME OFFICE and shall be duly notified once their valid UK Residence and Work Permits Clearance Papers are completed .
Note: All United Kingdom based employees' are to report personally to our office with identification materials for signing and collection of hard copy of their contract documents..
NB: Any employee who do not have International Passport, should notify us earlier to enable us arrange for an Emergency Traveling Certificate for him/her. This is in line with the expatriate statuary law of the UK in compliance with the UK. Terrorism Act. Secondly UK non residential employee will have to pay to the UK Ministry of works a total sum of 245GBP for
  Employment application fee .That is mandatory to any Non citizen of UK .
