"ZAO Sevmorneftegaz" in a consortium with Fluor Daniel (USA) were awarded the EPM contract and acted as a Prime Contractor for all engineering and construction phases of about 1500 kilometers long Tenguiz-Novorossiisk oil pipeline.

Clones zao-sevmorneftegaz.ru and koncoil.ru where first exposed as a scams in 2012: http://419advancefeefraud.blogspot.com/ ... -scam.html Same scammers have re-registered the domains for the current oil fraud.
zao-sevmorneftegaz.ru initially belong to the real company until they abandoned it in 2012 when scammers registered the domain. The original site was in Russian only, scammers kept the original content which they translated to English only.
