Dear Applicant ,

The management of the St. Regis Hotel read through your data and confirmed your qualification for a job as a new worker at the St.Regis Hotel in New York . We expect you to be of great productivity to the hotel . You have to be very serious with your job at the hotel and respect all the rules of the hotel .

* CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

- DURATION : 2 YEARS (Renewable)
- START-UP DATE : FLEXIBLE

* PAYMENT / SALARY

- Payments are made in US Dollars ($)
- Tax deduction 2%
- Your salary will be $5900 USD net monthly and this salary are been paid from the 21th to the 26th of every month . and $400 Weekly Allowance

* Salary Package and Other such benefit . Payment will be made:

* ACCOMMODATION

The Hotel Management has secured an apartment at our staff quarters close to the Hotel for the first two year of work .

* WORK HOURS

You will have 6 working days a week and you are going to work 9 hours a day , and 1 hour meal break

* VACATION PERIOD

You are entitled to 35 days, paid holidays per year; the annual leave period is from the 1st of April to the 7th of May.

* LATENESS

You are expected to be a good time keeper if for any reason you will be late by 1 hour, then you have to phone and inform your boss as early as possible

*SICKNESS OR INJURY

If you are unable to come to work because of sickness or injury you are to let your employer know so they can make other arrangements. The only payment for sick leave will be statuary sick pay. You are appropriately expected to provide the following procedures

1: Let your employer know as soon as possible that you will not be able to come to work
2: If you are off sick for more than three days, feel in form SC1 [self-certificate of sickness]
3: Provide a medical certificate if you are off sick for more than seven days [7days]

* CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

You must respect the Hotel privacy and maintain a professional approach at all times. You should keep any information gained in the course of working for this company confidential and not discuss their affairs with others. Save with their specific permission failure to respect it privacy and confidentiality may be considered as a disciplinary offense.

* SUPERVISION, TRAINING AND SUPPORT

Supervision and support will be given by your employer and / or their agents on regular basis to ensure your skill are developed and strengthened. Opportunities for appropriate training and learning will be considered by your employer and/or their agents.

* GRIEVANCES

Any grievances will be raised directly to your employer, they will deal with them at earliest available opportunities, any grievances that cannot be resolved between you and your employer may be resolved by a third party who shall be agreeable by both parties according to your contract terms you must Lay you grievances in writing and your employer must invite you for a meeting to discuss the grievances, your employer must then provide his/her response and notify you of a right appeal.

* DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES

These procedures are aimed to encourage improvement in your performance and conduct and to ensure that your employer treats you fairly depending on the seriousness of the circumstances in the event of poor performances or[minor misconduct] problems will first be addressed with you informally by your employer, if no improvement is made then your employer will then use the outlined methods below at each stage you will be offered the opportunity to put forward your views, a third party agreeable to both sides can represent you have the right to appeal against any disciplinary decision using the appeal
procedure below.

* STAGE 1. ORAL WARNING

If your conduct or performance is unsatisfactory by your employer, you will be given an oral warning which will be recorded in your employers file with the date and issue concerned the warning will be disregarded after six months of satisfactory services

* STAGE 2. WRITTEN WARNING

If the offense is serious and there is no improvement in your standard or if a further offense occurs, you will be given a written warning this will include a reason for warning, a note that if after six months of warning you do not improve a final warning letter will be given to you.

* STAGE 3. FINAL WRITTEN WARNING

If your performance or conduct is still unsatisfactory you will be given a final written warning which will be stated that if after
12months the same occurrence or conduct is noticed, you will be issued a dismissal letter

* STAGE 4. DISMISSAL

If there is no satisfactory behavior or conduct you will be issued a dismissal letter informing you to leave the Hotel for good, for more serious problems your employer may skip stages to implement sanctions on you for example if you are suspected for gross misconduct you will suspended and further investigation will continue and if it is confirmed you will be dismissed immediately. the following offenses gives an indication of act which will be considered as gross misconduct

: Theft
: Deliberate damage of Hotel property
: Fraud: Incapacity of work due to influence of alcohol or illegal drugs

* APPEAL

If you must appeal for any disciplinary decision you must do so within
five working days your employer will hear the appeal and decide on it
as impartially as possible, any appeal that cannot be resolved between
you and your employer, can be settled by a third party agreeable to
both parties.

* Flight: Round trip flight ticket provided to employee and 1 other
person (wife or Husband) only.You will need to forward the document of
the person you will be coming along with . A Hotel representative will
receive you from the airport.
