info@maxwellgroup.uk / Fake Job Scam

This is a fake job scam! There is no job! Do not send documents or money! Read www.scam-job-emails.tk and www.never-wire-money-to-strangers.tk If you are not interviewed face to face, in person, the job offer is Always a scam! If you are asked to pay fees for a visa or work permit or anything else, the job offer is a scam! No real company or embassy ever uses a free email address!

info@maxwellgroup.uk / Fake Job Scam

These are fake job scammers.  They are registered, however, many registered companies are scammers.  Their website has been in existence for only a few months yet they claim to have construction projects worldwide and they charge applicants visa fees which is extraordinary because I am unaware of any other company that does that.  All the legitimate companies I know absorb the cost of hiring new employees and do not charge them for visa, work permit or any other advance fee.  The company claim that they have to charge for visa fees because 30% of the prospective candidates don't show up for work.  This is exactly the nonsense  excuse that fake job scammers use and I personally, and it is not credible.

Specifically, the company claims to have a construction project in Canada yet they are advertising in India for Indian construction workers.  There are plenty of construction workers in Canada who would not need visas fees or travel expenses as they are already in the country.  So I find it suspicious that they do not confine their advertising to and only hire Canadian workers.  I can think of no legitimate reason to offer jobs to Indian workers? The job offers may be fake!

Additionally, they offer jobs to prospective workers based on a telephonic interview.  I personally know of no legitimate company that offers jobs to persons without a face to face interview.  Again, the job offers may be fake!
