In a business of this nature and magnitude the best option for you is to a local Lawyer because it is cheaper when compare of your coming to Nigeria .Therefore,  it is advisable that you hire a local lawyer  for the original agreement signing in your favour and legalization process  as to enable you enjoy the following benefits on this contract.

1. The legalization of the original agreement after the signing is to give it a legal status backing and to protect your company's interest by Law Court since you are not an indigenous company in Nigeria.

2. The legalization of the agreement at the High Court Nigeria is to give your company full legal right to SUE the commission to local and international law court to claim damages  refund of any money spend by you if the commission fails to implement fully the sign agreement accordingly for your payment release within 48 hours.

3. The legalization of the original agreement at the High Court Nigeria also means that the contract is 100% secured by your company and it makes it impossible for the commission to revoke the contract from you for re-award to any other companies.
