I have contacted the Canada Immigration office here in Manitoba (Canada) and has been told that Employment Visa can only be issued to you in the Canada embassy in your country (India). All document's need for the processing of your visa and work permit has been submitted to the Canada Immigration office here in Manitoba (Canada), and Copy's of the same document's has also been fax to the Canada Immigration service in your country India.
