Email From Scammer Impersonating Diplomat

DEAR VICTIM

Congratulation to you once again, I have extracted and make the printout of your Immigration Visa Application forms together with your Document. and i have submitted it to the Visa Department, and I'm using this Opportunity to tell you that, your document has been Accepted for your US WORK PERMIT VISA, (THREE YEARS EXTENDABLE), but they are requesting for your Visa Application fees number, which is ($452 USD ONLY). Equivalent to (29,500 INR ONLY) so kindly make sure you ring me up whenever you are ready for your Deposit, so that i can be able to contact the Account Department on your behalf to collect the corresponding Account details for you, which I'm going to send to you as well. then after the remittance of your fees, you are to scan the payment slip to me and send 1 copy to your management as well (PETRON ENERGY INC.).
