I have been following such an email submitting them my educational data, today I have received the same mail as above Address:- Beagle House, Braham St,

JAMES BEVAN NO- +918454957556 has spoken to me and asked me to arrange rs.35500 and send me and is still following me up he has sent me APPLICATION FORM FOR FAMILY VISA to be duly filled and sent it back to him on what should I do to catch such fraud
You yourself cannot catch him. He is most likely in West Africa. Do not fall for the scam and report it to the police.
