I have went through your website, And the Ecowas are interested in your line of products. I have submitted your products list to the Ecowas committee for their confirmation before i can inform you of your products which the Ecowas are interested in and want to buy. be informed that the Ecowas are buying in large quantities depending on the prices list of your product that would be selected by the Ecowas. We the entire Contract Award Committee Board of Republic of Ghana write to inform you of the message received by us this afternoon from the Ministry of Justice.
The message informed us that your contract agreement has been fully prepared and are ready for signing.
You are therefore required to either appear in person or appoint a Ghanaian Attorney who has attained the level of a senior Attorney to represent you because we cannot make payment without signing the Original Contract Agreement / Endorsement in the presence of the Supreme Court of Ghana and other top official Minister's and once the Original Agreement is signed the payment will be transfer to your account immediately to start the production and shipment as stated in the Contract Agreement.
You require to follow the instruction given to you as attached on the piece of document from Ministry of Justice to ensure quick and smooth transfer of contract sum into your bank account. If you can not appear in person to sign the Original Contract Agreement contact the attorney as attached on the document.
We do not accept internet and fax signed agreement, So the Agreement will be signed in two copies and we will send a copy to you and a copy for this office after the signing.
Also an agent is not allow to sign such contract due to the amount of money involve in the contract.
