 As the head of house hold staff, Your duties/responsibilities in this position are- 

- Provide overall house management while on duty and after hours on-call coverage 

- Provide a nurturing and secure environment for children in care 

- Daily consultation with Child and Youth Care Workers, Shift Leaders and other resource professionals 

- Supervise/Coordinate weekly team meetings and oversee admission and case reviews 

- Supervise Child and Youth Care Workers on the team 

- Ensure the consistency of a healthy, positive and therapeutic environment for individuals in care 

  If you are satisfy with the salary package and the job responsibilities, i will instruct my lawyer to prepare a contract agreement document and a sponsorship certificate from my side that will enable the embassy to issue a work permit visa.

  For your prompt awareness, I will only accept to be responsible for your visa fees and air ticket once you agree that the amount will be deducted from your salary when you resume work, If the terms and conditions are satisfied with you.

THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the 10th day of November, 2014, between a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of  Ontario, and having its principal place of business at AMAWATERWAY CRUISE COMPANY (The “Employer”)

And

WHEREAS the Employer desires to obtain the benefit of the services of the Employee, and the Employee desires to render such services on the terms and conditions set forth. 

IN CONSIDERATION of the promises and other good and valuable consideration (the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged) the parties agree as follows: 

1. Employment: The Employee agrees that he will at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his skill, ability, experience and talents, perform all of the duties required of his position. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, the Employee shall comply with all Employer policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written and oral, as are announced by the Employer from time to time. It is also understood and agreed to by the Employee that his assignment, duties and responsibilities and reporting arrangements may be changed by the Employer in its sole discretion without causing termination of this agreement. 

2. Position Title (STEWARD): As a Steward, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner. 

 Ensure the highest levels of professionalism are maintained on providing our customers consistent service quality

 Ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of Amasonata Cruise Ship Restaurants

 Coordinate all major tasks and discussions that affect the overall operation of the restaurant.

3. Compensation:

(a) As full compensation for all services provided the employee shall be paid at the rate of $6,500 CAD with 500 CAD weekly allowance. Such payments shall be subject to such normal statutory deductions by the Employer. In addition to the above compensation, the Employee will be entitled to the following "fringe benefits":

-One bedroom well furnished free in staffs Lounge.

-Medical care 

-Leave Travel Concession for self and family.

-Pension and Gratuity.

(b) The salary mentioned in paragraph (l)(a) shall be review on an annual basis. 

(c) All reasonable expenses arising out of employment shall be reimbursed assuming same have been authorized prior to being incurred and with the provision of appropriate receipts. 

4. Vacation: The Employee shall be entitled to vacations in the amount of 6 weeks per annum. 

5. Benefits: The Employer shall at its expense provide the Employee with the Health Plan that is currently in place or as may be in place from time to time. 

6. Probation Period: The probation period will be three (3) months. However, after the said period, it can be extended at the discretion of the company for a further period of next six months. During the probation period, you will be entitled to fixed salary of US $ 1000 per month.

(Appointment after Expiry of Probation Period (in case found suitable)

After the expiry of probation period, if you are found suitable by the company for the same post or a different post, you will be confirmed in your appointment on a salary of CAD $ 7,500 according to the scale as per Canada Bureau of Labor Statistics, plus other incentives, allowances of CAD $500 and contributory provident fund. If you are not found suitable for the post, your appointment might get terminated at the discreetness of the company and in case of such termination you will have no right or claim against the company.

7. Performance Reviews: The Employee will be provided with a written performance appraisal at least once per year and said appraisal will be reviewed at which time all aspects of the assessment can be fully discussed. 

8. Termination:

(a) The Employee may at any time terminate this agreement and his employment by giving not less than one (1) Month written notice to the Employer.

(b) The Employer may terminate this Agreement and the Employee’s employment at any time, without notice or payment in lieu of notice, for sufficient cause. 

(c) The Employer may terminate the employment of the Employee at any time without the requirement to show sufficient cause pursuant to (b) above, provided the Employer pays to the Employee an amount as required by the Employment Standards Act 2000 or other such legislation as maybe in effect at the time of termination. This payment shall constitute the employees entire entitlement arising from said termination. 

(d) The employee agrees to return any property of AMAWATERWAY CRUISE COMPANY at the time of termination.

9. Non- Competition:

(1) It is further acknowledged and agreed that following termination of the employee’s employment with AMAWATERWAY CRUISE COMPANY for any reason the employee shall not hire or attempt to hire any current employees of AMAWATERWAY CRUISE COMPANY.

(2) It is further acknowledged and agreed that following termination of the employee’s employment with AMAWATERWAY CRUISE COMPANY for any reason the employee shall not solicit business from current clients or clients who have retained AMAWATERWAY CRUISE COMPANY in the 6 month period immediately preceding the employee’s termination. 

10. Laws: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

11. Independent Legal Advice: The Employee acknowledges that the Employer has provided the Employee with a reasonable opportunity to obtain independent legal advice with respect to this agreement, and that either: (a) The Employee has had such independent legal advice prior to executing this agreement, or; (b) The Employee has willingly chosen not to obtain such advice and to execute this agreement without having obtained such advice. 

12. Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties, superseding in all respects any and all prior oral or written agreements or understandings pertaining to the employment of the Employee by the Employer and shall be amended or modified only by written instrument signed by both of the parties hereto. 

13. Severability: The parties hereto agree that in the event any article or part thereof of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid then said article or part shall be struck and all remaining provision shall remain in full force and effect. 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Employer has caused this agreement to be executed by its duly authorized officers and the Employee has set his hand as of the date first above written.

All house supervisor, house keeping, house cleaning, nanny jobs, private nurse, etc. jobs emailed from someone in Canada, United States, Australia and UK are scams.  No stranger in another country is going to hire a stranger in another distant country who he can't see, and pay to fly them to their home and trust them with their family.  It doesn't make sense.  They could just hire someone in their own country who they know or could interview!  Plus, they would not be able to get a visa for an unskilled worker when there are plenty of them already in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or the United States!  

Please read carefully because this applies to every job offer you receive!  99% of email job offers are scams!  No real company hires you without an in person, face to face interview.  An email, online or telephone interview is always a scam!  No real company ever charges any money for a job  even for a visa or work permit or for a deposit for any reason! Read:  www.scam-job-emails.tk  Scammers will ask you to send money to a fake embassy official, travel agency or lawyer who is a really a scammer using a free email address!! No real company, government or visa agent ever uses a free or public email address (yahoo.com gmail.com hotmail.com, aol.com, etc.)  Email addresses like diplomats.com, counsellor.com, consultant.com, lawyer.com etc. are also free email addresses. There are no exceptions!  Don't let a scammers convince you otherwise!  A scammer is only as smart as his victim is naive!  If something sounds too good to be true, it is a scam!  Publicity defeats scammers.  Post the scam emails you receive and warn your friends  Always "Google" all telephone numbers, email addresses and websites in any job offer to see if it has already been posted as a scam!
