The salary on our side is called "take -home- pay".It is net salary. We deducted this amount from the gross salary and left with the ultimate which is your main weekly payment. The deduction is calculated as income taxes, trade union dues and the authorized deduction for a retirement fund of individual employee. You can call for every two weeks or monthly salary, depends on your desire. Our fixed Minimum Salary Wage to Maximum Salary Wage per week {'take-home-pay'} according to management payment diary, weekly salary ranges between $1,350.00 to $1,900.00 in respect of hierarchy.
