After going through some files of my late husband, I discovered a Deposit Certificate of ($5 Million) with a Bank in London. But due to my sickness, I have not been able to claim this fund from the Bank, as I have been in the hospital in Liverpool and my sickness continue to get worse.
Presently this money is still with the bank and the management just wrote me as the beneficiary to come forward and claim the money or issue a letter of authorization to someone who I want to receive it on my behalf if I cannot come over. I am presently in a hospital where I have been undergoing chemotherapy treatment for cancer of the lungs and have since lost my ability to talk. Just got the same email except the widow is now calling herself Maggie not Vera. And quotes Stephen Harper (Canada) instead of David Cameron (UK).
