The work Location will be within the work metropolis of CHEVRON GAS & OIL UK Facility Plant. You shall be expected to resume on site on the 30th JULY 2012 and to report immediately to the Human Resource (HR) Department of CHEVRON GAS & OIL UK, upon arrival to conclude prospects of screening and other logistics.

You will be eligible to receive: £5,500GBP/MONTH –Basic (Tax exclusive). Funds can be transferred to any Bank designated by you and this must be in conformity with the present tax situation of the Country. Work time shall be 40 hours work week for the Twenty-four (24) month contract term as such employee shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if employee work time exceeds the official stipulated hours. Salary shall also be liable to increments with time and employees' official promotions and position in service.

OLD HEM HOUSING LOAN: 1-year service to Company is required for eligibility. Starter’s amount will be GBP£25,645.00 can be re-paid within 10years with GBP£0.00 interest. LIEU CAR LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply. Starter’s amount will be GBP£10,640.00 can be re-paid within 5years with GBP£0.00 interest.
NEW ORLEANS BUSINESS LOANS: All Employees are eligible to apply. Starter’s amount will be GBP£17,000.00 to GBP£35,000.00 Contact the Accounts Department for more details. All employees are entitled to 2months paid leave which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart one different period. All employees will receive GBP£4,805.00 take home for each leave period employer for each Inter-continental trip shall pay GBP£1,720.00 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance.
Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase. Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee. Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars ETC will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will reimburse the Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee’s expense Report and Receipts as proofs of such Expenses. Employer however agrees to reimburse fully all Travel costs and Expenses made by Employee. The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that reimbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses. On account will employer accept to shoulder costs for Expenses, Processing of affidavit of guarantee certificate of employee before work sign-on. This is to possibly evade losses that may be accrued to Employer should Employee decide to decline Job Offer after certain Expenses must have been made by Employer. The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses
The first monthly salary shall be paid in advance before consultants embark on journey to assume duty. This is to enable consultants settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default. Employees (Expatriates) are to note that 2 months upfront salaries are paid as soon as Employees Procure and Process the relevant affidavit of guarantee certificate from the British High Court in London and submit it to the Human Resources Department for Verification.

All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UK shall be 75% paid into an offshore account to be provided by employee with the remaining 25% paid locally in UK. This is in line with the UK Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.
All Employees are expected to reside at the Company’s Staff estate. There are Single Bed-room and Flat options for Employees to choose from. Employees are entitled to take meals free of charge at the General Staff canteens. Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options.
Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.
COMPUTER RESOURCES: Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM, 24XCD-RW, 30GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is also made available. PHONES: Employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.

All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Engineering Sector. All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts. All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations such like Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc. as applicable in the Engineering Sector.
There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and it shall be accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred. Cellular Phones can be obtained by expatriates from the Local dealers/Service Providers in Work Metropolis but must be used in accordance with the safety regulations on Job Locations.
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all Expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.

SCOPE OF WORK

WHEREAS:
PARTY B / EMPLOYEE represents and holds out to PARTY A that it has the technical competence for carrying out all the services and obligations specified in this contract to with recruiting employees and have agreed to carry out same in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
EMPLOYEE has agreed to provide his expatriate services to PARTY A.
COMMENCEMENT
This contract shall be for a period of 24 months beginning from June 30th, 2012 and shall continue from that date until terminated under this agreement.
DUTIES
PARTY B / EMPLOYEE undertakes with PARTY A
To perform such duties and exercise such powers as it assigned to and vested in PARTY B / EMPLOYEE.
To comply with all directions given by PARTY A.
To do all other things in the ordinary course of business which PARTYA reasonably considers necessary or proper in its interest.
To act loyally and faithfully to PARTY A.
Not to do anything harmful to PARTY A.
PARTY B / EMPLOYEE shall at all times keep PARTY A informed promptly and fully in writing of its conduct of the business of this contract and any matter which is likely to be use or benefit to PARTY A in relation to the business of this benefit to PARTY A explanations connected in the same vein as PARTY A require
REMUNERATION AND OTHER BENEFIT
PARTY A shall pay to EMPLOYEE on satisfactory performance of the services stated in the sum of £5,500.00 British pounds monthly basic salary, or equivalent depending on EMPLOYEE‟S home country and currency preference.
PARTY A shall pay EMPLOYEE for the services rendered under this agreement by cheque presented on a monthly basis.
The sum of £2, 000.00 shall be paid to you for personal effects shipment and excess baggage allowance.
Chevron shall provide you access to some of the finest social and recreational facilities in UKChevron will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the terms of and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family if on family statue.
Complete meals for you as deemed appropriate.
A £1.200.00 flat rate travel / entertainment allowance shall be paid by your employer for each international trip. Travel shall be by business / first class. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel / entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the period / time of employees. Travel ticket including that of employees‟ family only on employees‟ early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.
Employee shall also be entitled to maximum security including members of the state security service in housing community.
The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges: procurement of travel documents, immunization etc. Reimbursements shall be paid not more than five (6) working days from submission of report / and receipt as proof of payments.
Your work schedule is rotational; that is, you will work onsite for 28 days and then will be off for 4 days.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
Save as other wise specifically stated in a super ceding document, the project administrator of PARTY A, shall maintain general administration and management of this contract on behalf of PARTY A and all correspondences relating or pertaining with this agreement should be made, forwarded, addressed to same.
PARTY B / EMPLOYEE agree to indemnify PARTY A in respect of any third party claims arising from PARTY B‟s performance of this contract.
This agreement shall not be assigned or transferred in part of whole by due to termination of same any party to this agreement without prior written consent of the other party, which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld. Notwithstanding any of the aforementioned obligations, terms and conditions neither party shall be deemed, considered in default of any of its obligations under this agreement as a result of “Force Majeure”, but if an interruption of performing the obligations under this agreement as a result of “Force Majeure’ condition for a period more than one month; PARTY A shall pay EMPLOYEE only 70% of the amount stated as salary in this agreement as standby or agreement termination fee.
PARTY A shall; in the event of default or non-compliance of PARTY B/EMPLOYEE with the terms and conditions of this agreement; in writing give notice to PARTY B / EMPLOYEE specifying the areas of default and PARTY B / EMPLOYEE shall upon receipt of the said notice have ten (10) calendar days to rectify to the satisfaction of PARTY A the said default.
TERMINATION
This agreement may be terminated:
At the expiration of each current term subject to renewal.
If PARTY B / EMPLOYEE commits any serious or persistent breach or default.
Under “FORCE MAJEURE” as provided for in paragraph 2.0 of this agreement.
For reason of bankruptcy of either party.
NOTICES
All correspondence, notices, etc required to be given, made, served, under this agreement by one party to another shall be sufficiently given if sent by post, faxed or delivered by hand to the addresses hereunder.

PARTY B / EMPLOYEE shall at all times keep PARTY A informed promptly and fully in writing of its conduct of the business of this contract and any matter which is likely to be use or benefit to PARTY A in relation to the business of this benefit to PARTY A explanations connected in the same vein as PARTY A require
REMUNERATION AND OTHER BENEFIT
PARTY A shall pay to EMPLOYEE on satisfactory performance of the services stated in the sum of £5,500.00 British pounds monthly basic salary, or equivalent depending on EMPLOYEE‟S home country and currency preference.
PARTY A shall pay EMPLOYEE for the services rendered under this agreement by cheque presented on a monthly basis.
The sum of £2, 000.00 shall be paid to you for personal effects shipment and excess baggage allowance.
Chevron shall provide you access to some of the finest social and recreational facilities in UKChevron will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the terms of and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family if on family statue.
Complete meals for you as deemed appropriate.
A £1.200.00 flat rate travel / entertainment allowance shall be paid by your employer for each international trip. Travel shall be by business / first class. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel / entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the period / time of employees. Travel ticket including that of employees‟ family only on employees‟ early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.
Employee shall also be entitled to maximum security including members of the state security service in housing community.
The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges: procurement of travel documents, immunization etc. Reimbursements shall be paid not more than five (6) working days from submission of report / and receipt as proof of payments.
Your work schedule is rotational; that is, you will work onsite for 28 days and then will be off for 4 days.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
Save as other wise specifically stated in a super ceding document, the project administrator of PARTY A, shall maintain general administration and management of this contract on behalf of PARTY A and all correspondences relating or pertaining with this agreement should be made, forwarded, addressed to same.
PARTY B / EMPLOYEE agree to indemnify PARTY A in respect of any third party claims arising from PARTY B‟s performance of this contract.
This agreement shall not be assigned or transferred in part of whole by due to termination of same any party to this agreement without prior written consent of the other party, which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld. Notwithstanding any of the aforementioned obligations, terms and conditions neither party shall be deemed, considered in default of any of its obligations under this agreement as a result of “Force Majeure”, but if an interruption of performing the obligations under this agreement as a result of “Force Majeure’ condition for a period more than one month; PARTY A shall pay EMPLOYEE only 70% of the amount stated as salary in this agreement as standby or agreement termination fee.
PARTY A shall; in the event of default or non-compliance of PARTY B/EMPLOYEE with the terms and conditions of this agreement; in writing give notice to PARTY B / EMPLOYEE specifying the areas of default and PARTY B / EMPLOYEE shall upon receipt of the said notice have ten (10) calendar days to rectify to the satisfaction of PARTY A the said default.
TERMINATION
This agreement may be terminated:
At the expiration of each current term subject to renewal.
If PARTY B / EMPLOYEE commits any serious or persistent breach or default.
Under “FORCE MAJEURE” as provided for in paragraph 2.0 of this agreement.
For reason of bankruptcy of either party.
NOTICES
All correspondence, notices, etc required to be given, made, served, under this agreement by one party to another shall be sufficiently given if sent by post, faxed or delivered by hand to the addresses hereunder.
