GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MR.DEWAN MEHRAB .
1) SALARY: THE SALARY IS 3000 USD/ PER MONTH)
INDEMNITY: YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A WEEKLY ALLOWANCE OF 750 USD.
2) POSITION: AS A FOOD AND BEVERAGE PERSONNEL IN EPIC HOTEL MIAMI
3) EQUIPMENT: You will have a car that will allow you to facilitate your activities and movement.
*4) ACCOMMODATION / ENTERTAINMENT: A bedrooms, bathroom, living room and a kitchen where the bills will be taken care of by the company. the apartment is equipped with modern televisions and computers with internet connection.***The employee will be provided with accommodation for as long as the employee is in the service of the employer.
5) OPENING HOURS AND DAYS OF WORK.Normal working hours will be from 8:00am to 4:00pm from Mondays to Fridays and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm.*Overtime will only occur if agree by both parties from time to time .*The employee will be paid for overtime at the rate of one or half time his/her total wage.
6) MEALS INTERVAL>The employee agrees to a launch break of one hour. Launch time will be from 12:00pm to 1:00pm daily.
7) WORK AND OVERTIME COMPENSATION: For each activity performed outside of the above, must be compensated accordingly by the company.
7.3) PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.The employee will be entitled to an official public holiday . If an employee does not work on a public holiday he/she shall receive normal payment for that day . If an employee works on a public holiday he/she shall be paid double.
8) CLOTHING.4 sets of uniforms will be supplied to the employee by the employer and will remain the property of the employer.
9) DAILY AND WEEKLY REST PERIODS.A daily rest period of 12 consecutive hours and a weekly rest period of 36 consecutive hours, which must include Sunday, unless otherwise agreed, must be allowed.**The daily rest period may by agreement be reduced to 10 hours for an employee who lives on the premises whose meal interval lasts for at least three hours.**The weekly rest period may by agreement be extended to 60 consecutive hours every two weeks or be reduced to eight hours in any week if the rest period in the following week is extended equivalently.***OVERTIME.A domestic worker may not work more than three hours of overtime per day or 10 hours per week and must be paid at least 1.5 times the wage or may agree to receive paid time off.
10) OBLIGATIONS: You are obliged to do your best at work, particularly during working hours.
11) The employee shall be entitled to the following Health, holiday, risks and allowances/payment in kind,family allowances.****THE COMPANY IS ENTITLED TO PROVIDE SECURITY TO THE EMPLOYEE.
12) DURATION OF THE CONTRACT.THE CONTRACT WILL HAVE DURATION OF TWO YEARS AND MAY BE RENEWED OR TERMINATED ACCORDING TO YOUR DESIRE OR BEHAVIOR.
DETAILS: THE MANAGEMENT WILL ENSURE THE PROCESSING OF YOUR TRAVELING DOCUMENTS, WORKING DOCUMENTS, STAYING PERMITS, NATIONAL INSURANCE AND SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER, GREEN CARD, PROVIDING YOUR VISA AND AIR FLIGHT.
THE COMPANY WILL PROCESS ALL YOUR REQUIRED DOCUMENTS,WHICH YOU WILL BE NEEDING TO TRAVEL AND TO WORK HERE IN USA ONCE THIS IS ALL PROCESSED,THEY WILL BE SEND TO YOU VIA A COURIER SERVICE FOR THEM TO BE DELIVERED TO YOU.
NB.....YOU ARE ENTITLE TO PROVIDE YOUR INFORMATIONS AS REQUESTED BELOW,THE MANAGEMENT WILL PROCESS YOUR WORKING AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS FREE AND WILL REQUIRE THE THIS FROM YOU: SO YOU WILL NEED TO SCAN AND EMAIL BACK TO US :
