You are required to go through your contract Letter attached file, signed it and send it to the office of Nadir Patel via email provided below.

Nadir Patel is the senior immigration Consultant/Officer who will be responsible for the processing of your Visa and work permit. Nadir Patel is a senior Immigration Consultant at the high Commission of Canada in New Delhi. You are expected to go through, sign and send the scanned copy to our authorised Visa immigration consultant via email with the details given below if you agree with the terms and conditions/benefits that come with your employment.

Please Note that you are to bear some of your travel documents processing expenses upfront to prove your seriousness and commitment to work with our establishment. You are to bear the cost for obtaining your Visa and Work Permit/Resident Permit. The management MAXIMAL ENGINEERING AND CONSULTANCY SERVICE shall be responsible for your flight ticket and other expenses.

Your visa and work permit will be processed at the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi under the supervision of Nadir Patel. The reason is that the High Commission of Canada, New Delhi is in charge of all our employees from India.

Note that your biometric and Visa stamping on your passport will be done at the High Commission of Canada in Delhi. Once your documents are processed in New Delhi, You will be issued the required documents (Visa Appointment Letter and Biometric Gate
Pass) which you will use to come to the Embassy to get your Visa.

Conclusively note that any Expenses you make on the process of acquiring your travel documents shall be refunded back to you upon resumption of your duty here at your duty post and submit the receipt of your expenses.
