Company Contract Agreement Letter:
Dear
As the Human Resources Manager of BLADER PHARMACEUTICALS INC., it is very pleasant to inform you that the Management has considered your Application fervent having gone through it. I wish to announce to you that you have been offered the position of "MANAGER-STORE" this position is offered to you based on your work experience and education qualification. This position will be fully confirmed after you have signed our contract agreement letter indicating your acceptance and readiness to work with our company.
As a matter of fact, we have to bring to your knowledge that we have just few weeks of enrollment in our company in which all legal formalities must be completed in a minimal time frame. Be also informed that as part of our benefits to employees, it is the sole responsibility of our company to provide you an executively furnished accommodation for not more than five (5) occupants should in case you wish to come with your family members. We shall also provide you food (Non Veg OR Veg) as part of the benefit plan from the company.
The Company shall provide air ticket for you to come here from your country after you must have scanned your Visa to us. This will enable the Company Transportation Department to process your ticket to come for your career with us. Moreover, you are expected to follow the company's traveling policy. So for this reason you should take care of the Visa Fee. The Company will not initially take responsibility for your Visa processing fees as we do not want to waste company money on applicants that are not actually prepared to travel abroad even after the Visa has been approved to them (Company Policy) Your readiness with the Visa will enable the AUSTRALIAN IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY and AUSTRALIAN VISA OFFICIALS to facilitate the immediate processing of your visa application forms and other traveling documents without any delay.
Hence, we have attached a contract agreement letter to this mail. If you agree with our employment policies, you have to print out the agreement letter and sign on every page after reading and send it back to us via e-mail attachement. Also be informed that you have to send us scan copies of your education certificates, your International Passport, if only you never sent it before now. We await a revert from your end with the required so as to enable us prepare the documents that is to be sent to the AUSTRALIA EMBASSY in your country for your Visa/Work Permit processing.
Finally, the Company shall open an international account for you on the account that you migrated from there to here on WORK VISA and your salary is payable at regular payroll period by cheque.
