I got your email with your CV and I’ll like to inform you that you have been chosen to proceed with the interview process with Chevron Corporation Company in United States.  We appreciate your interest and willingness to work in our company and we are impressed with your CV and work experiences.

We have gone through your profile and we are offering you the position of our Project Manager.

We would have loved to conduct this interview with you on the phone, but considering the number of applicants we have to contact and the time involved in doing it, we have decided to interview you through email. I have attached the Interview questions to this mail which you are expected to answer the questions properly because your answers of this interview questions will determine if you will be selected to work in our company or not.

Kindly return your answers script to us within 72 hours of receipt. Note that you should write the answers on a sheet of paper and append your signature as well as staple copy of your passport size photograph, then scan, and send to us via e-mail attachment.  Please don't reply if you don’t have a travel passport or ready to work in USA.

An Employment Contract Agreement letter is also attached along with the interview questions, kindly read through it and sign it if you agree with the company norms and return it to us immediately along with the interview answers for other official protocols if you accept the conditions. The Company will provide you a free medical insurance, an official car and free fully furnished accommodation that befits family size not exceeding occupants in its housing estate for its employee.

If you are ready to relocate and work with us, print out this contract agreement, read it, sign it and send it back to us for our official use. Nevertheless, having read and accepted the norms and ethics of the company’s contract agreement, you are requested to send a scan copy of your certificates as proof of educational qualification alongside with acceptance of this contract for proper documentation. 
Your certificateswill help us to prepare the documents that we will be sending to the United
States Embassy for your visa application formalities to be processed.

Please note that you will be officially appointed and sent an offer letter if the interview questions are answered correctly,  after which you will be directed to the United States Embassy that’ll assist you in getting the employment visa which is required to enable you to travel here to the United States for this employment offer.

We shall only reply you with an offer letter if we are satisfied with your interview answers and if you sign the contract agreement.
