With the Russian oil scam, requests for advance fees usually starts with a fake refinery, then storage fees from a fake Tank Farm or Fuel Storage such as novash.ruwith possibly some fees for pipeline transport, then come shipping fees from some fake tanker shipping website. Some victims have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars when a proper due diligence costing relatively little would have prevented it.
