Hello Mr

I don't like it when you try to twist things now just because of a refundable insurance issue arising. At the end of the day we need to seek for ways forward. When you paid the 11t insurance why weren't all this asked and why did you pay it if the shipment was cif?.

This shipment if we were to do the regular insurance and ship CIF , we would not have sold to you at the price we did. That is why we choose the option of a refundable insurance that you stand to be the the winner when shipment is delivered. Had we sold to you at our initial pricing , we would have gone with the CIF option, but when you decided we sell really cheap, we decided to use the CNF option which you pay just the refundable insurance which is partially refunded upon delivery as you did with the 11t.

This insurance requested is for the 12 t we added in Vietnam. And this is  not a big deal to try and dramatize the situation. I have been doing my best to help when ever i can with this your shipment. You also have to understand.

They the shippers have a clearing agent now in Hongkong whom they want to clear thius shipment before returning back, and I wish you can get to them to try and sort out this insurance issue and before the 5th we have shipment in Macao.

Please I am beggin you to please get to them with the insurance cost for this additional 12t so that they can proceed.

What we charged you was for (CNF) cost and freight. Had it been you bought at out initial prices we gave you it would have been CIF. But since we sold to you at the lowest rate, we did notified you of the refundable insurance option being the best. And this makes you spend less for your goods, Because at the end of the day you would be refunded 98% and you still have your goods at the lowest rate possible.

The shippers say all documentations are in tact, just left for you to get to them today with the receipt of the insurance deposit, and I go to their office here and sign some documentations and their insurance team process this insurance and get to you.

Please I plead with you to get to them to sort things out and get this shipment from Hanah to your address before the 5th.

Keep me posted and sorry for this inconveniences, it was our first time , and subsequently such would not occur. because we would be more experienced with the Macao line.

You already have the shippers bank account , get to them and forward the receipt to me to go there and hasten things for this shipment to be in  Macao before the 5th. It's not far from Macao. And just this insurance issue is causing the delays. Act fast please and we can argue later once shipment has arrive and you see for yourself what quality of goods Iloaded for you. Trust me you would be thanking me once this shipment arrives.

Regards

Dear Valued Client ,

You can call us on : +60-172-811-274 daily in case of any inquiries, because that would facilitate swiftness in us getting your request, because at times we have lots of clients emailing and some mails might go to spam and we don't receive. But we have priorities this your issue, and at such can always reply you if you use same subject.

We are sorry for the late response. We were waiting to hear from your  vendors before we tell you in full all that has been going on this past few days.

We came with the shipment to port of Macao last week, and the customs didn't let us ship inland to your address with us. Customs said there were contradiction in the shipment documents we presented to them.

For the fact that we presented them with documents showing you paid insurance just for 11 tons, and 12 tons was uninsured.

We tried for several days to sort things out with them and it didn't work out, and we had no option but to take the shipment to Sanya port, a city on the southern end of China’s Hainan Island, which is not up to 15 hours far from Macao, while trying to get to your vendor to sort this issue out, before shipping it again for Macao.

The customs have the shipping documents, and are requesting our insurance let them know why part was insured and part not insured.

And we cannot tell them we loaded from two different locations, because this can lead to total rejection of us shipping this container inland to you.

We were waiting to get in touch with your vendor who was out of the country. And we did just today, and was asked to let you know of all that has been happening. We wanted to notify your vendor of this before we get in touch with you.

The simple truth is right now we need documentations proofing all shipment was insured, before they the customs of your country accept us to ship inland to you.

And it would cost you the refundable sum of $4950.50 for the additional 12 tons loaded in Vietnam, to be insured and the documentations presented to us to show to the customs once we arrive at port Macao again.

Once this amount is paid, the shipment would be fully insured, and we can present the documentations to the customs and ship this container inland.
Though this amount is refunded to you 98% upon arrival.

There is discrepancy with the shipping documentations. Because you cannot have a full container load with a half insurance.

And the customs were asking lots of questions and we told them to give us more time to sort things out with buyer and seller.

And we advise you do this payment via TT to our bank account today or tomorrow, because we have to get to the customs before the 5th as they stated, or we risk this shipment baned from entering Macao inland due to this issue.

And if the 5th pass by, they might ban us from shipping this container  inland, and our insurance department would not cover for such, because it's not the goods getting damaged but issues relating to shipping.

We have already notified your vendor to go and sign the documentations tomorrow and now waiting for the payment receipt to send to our insurance department to fully insure this goods. They would join the insurance to the last insurance and do 1 documentation showing the container is fully insured and not in halves. Because customs don't agree to partial insurance of goods in the same container.

Please if there are any questions, get to us as soon as you can, because time is not on our side.

Of the amount paid on insurance , remember that 98% is refundable upon shipment arrival this week.

Because customs has just 1 pending issue.

As for the demurrage charge that has arisen, the insurance would cover for it and you would not have to pay more.

This is our first time of shipping to Macao, and that is why we are having these minor issues, but subsequently such things would not arise, because we would have made allot of corrections from first day of shipping.

N/B: This insurance is 98% refundable upon delivery of after customs, and would still cover for anything that goes wrong with the additional 12 tons shipment .Because as of now just 11 tons was insured. So its still an added advantage to you, especially now that we have to ship to Sanya and then once we sort out everything ship again to Macao. We hope you best understood our mail above and act accordingly.

Best Regards
Best wishes
