Further to the discussions, we have pleasure in giving you this offer letter. You are being offered the position of Office Executive. In this position you will be reporting to the Manager Operations and or any other person the organization deputes on business. This offer takes effect from your date of joining which is expected to be on or before Jul 1, 2013.
Your salary will be 940 Euros per month. The yearly salary structure (same x12) and benefits offered will be mentioned in the Job Agreement. Food and Accommodation will be provided free of cost. Other terms and conditions of your employment will be as per Company policies as applicable.
Your compensation will be reviewed in future as per Company policy. You will initially be placed at Paphos, but you will be transferred to Nicosia or other offices of the Company, at the discretion of the company. On joining the company you shall be on probation for 3 months. You will abide by the rules and regulations of the Company as may be in force from time to time. You may have to work on Saturdays (during probation) if required to complete the assignments.
You are required to sign and submit a copy of this letter of offer for your acceptance of our terms within 2 days from the date of this letter, failing which this letter of offer will be treated as withdrawn.
This letter of offer is based on the information furnished in your application for
employment through Instant Placements Pvt. Ltd., Thailand. If it comes to light that any of this information is incorrect or any relevant information has been withheld, then your employment is liable to be terminated without notice. All matters pertaining to your appointment and compensation are strictly confidential and it should be treated as such.
