We are contacting you back based on the file submitted to this consultancy law firm by your employer and the contract agreement you sent to us to act on your behalf in documentation of your expatriate immigration in conformity with Guinea-Bissau law ordinance on expatriate and skilled labour application to Guinea -Bissau.
This is an Acknowledgment that we are in receipt of your Employers application submitted for Assessment.
The Guinea- Bissau immigration department is an agency of the Home Office that plays a key role in delivering the Government's commitment to protect the public - a single organization with a local presence and a global reach, dedicated to strengthening our border and controlling migration.
The targets we are working to, and our aspirations in relation to the services and standards with aim to offer our Immigrants visas and work permit as required.
Please follow the guidance notes carefully and complete all requirements as indicated.
Therefore please ensure you submit all relevant original documents. It is better to explain why you do not have a document than to submit a false document, your application will be automatically refused and you may be banned from coming to the Bissau for 10 years if you use a false document, lie or withhold relevant Information.
Furthermore you are required to furnish us with the following below documents ;
1. Scan and forward your Six Months valid International Passport booklet First and Middle page.
2. Scan and forward your recent taken Two Passport Photograph
3.Scan and forward your valid Country National ID card and your present occupation ID card or your business ID card.
4.Scan and forward your Certificate of Employment from Sitec Energy Oil And Gas Pipeline Construction Inc.
5. Scan and forward your Employment Contract Agreement from Sitec Energy Oil And Gas Pipeline Construction Inc.
6.Air Ticket Booking Form from Sitec Energy Oil And Gas Pipeline Construction Inc.
7. Visa/Work Permit documentation application processing fee of ($590) Five Hundred and Ninety US Dollars Equivalent in your local currency for each applicant.

Finally to start your Visa/Work Permit documentation, you should pay the total sum of ($590) Five Hundred and Ninety US Dollars for each applicant.

You should send your fee through the information below; thereafter scan the transfer slip for us to start processing.
Only applicants within the America Continent and Europe Continent are allowed to make payment via credit card, if you are not in this region we strictly do not accept credit card transfer as this causes delay due to international monetary policy, payment is to be made to our account department via bank to bank wire transfer for faster efficiency, we do not accept credit cards from applicants outside the mentioned region due to credit card fraudulent acts.
Your payment will be securely registered with receipt to be issued to you.
You should send your Visa/Work Permit documentation application fee through
our Bank Mode of Payment Directives to Bursary approval officer in charges of Migration endorsement for us to process and issue your Visa/Work Permit Document
