Attached to this mail is the VAF2 - Employment visa form, carefully
complete the form, scan and send along with the scan copies of the below
mentioned documents.
(a) One Passport Size Photograph (with white background)
(b) Photo Page and Other Pages of International Passport (Issuing Authority Page)
(c) Identity Proof (any of Voter Id Card / Pan Card /Ration Card/ Driving License)
(d) Marriage Certificate (if married)
(e) You’ll need to have your fingerprints and photograph (known as ‘biometric information’) taken at a visa application centre as part of your application
The management of Swanlake Guest House, United Kingdom has sent your Sponsorship Certificate Reference Number to us to facilitate the processing of your visa. A visa fee of 520 POUNDS (51,900 INR) two installment (25,950 INR X 2) is allowed and must be paid on or before 2 days (07/09/2015) to
initiate the start of your visa and approval of your all your visa documents.
Do call us as soon as you are ready to make your payment for the collection bank account details.
Note:
The VAF2 application form is to provide the necessary information as the
application will be filled online by us. If you have any Dependant (your
husband, wife or partner, your child under 18 years of age) accompany you
to the United Kingdom, a separate form is required and visa fee of 520
POUNDS (51,900 INR) two installment (25,950 INR X 2) each.
