We acknowledge the receipt of your expression of interest regards to the position of our international supply agent/representative, including your attached document. We hereby decide to give you more details of the position as required. International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) seriously requires an international agent, but must be a reliable and sincere person/company who will contribute positively towards achieving the aim of our project, the construction of the Fujairah Refinery. The Fujairah Refinery Project is a strategic UAE Government initiative through IPIC to construct, operate and maintain a grassroots refinery complex in the Emirate of Fujairah, close to the new ADCOP pipeline and oil terminal and the port’s deepwater oil export terminals. The refinery will be designed to process a mixture of UAE crudes such as Murban, Upper Zakum and Dubai, and other regional and opportunity crude oils, and will have a processing capacity of about 200,000 barrels per day.

It will produce middle distillates primarily for the Northern Emirates of the UAE, for export and for bunker fuel to meet strong demand in the Emirate of Fujairah, which is a major regional hub for bunkering and the second largest bunkering port in the world after Singapore. The refinery will have its own power-generation capability to meet its own power requirements and it will also provide power to the grid of the Northern Emirates. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2016. It will create social and economic benefits for Fujairah and other Northern Emirates as well as creating employment opportunities during the operational phase. Let me give you more details of the responsibilities, expectation from the agent, also the benefit and nature of the contract from IPIC. 

 

You will work as a contracted agent, make inquiry from manufacturers of the product “Barium Petroleum Sulphonate” from Africa as approved and recommended by the technical scientists that Africa has the best and natural Barium Petroleum Sulphonate needed for such project. Your major responsibility is to make the required product available (Barium Petroleum Sulphonate) and supply to us here in Abu Dhabi on monthly basis or upon request by IPIC or its subsidiary. Also you will be responsible to inspecting the goods at the manufacturer’s factory, a day or 2 days before its shipment to Abu Dhabi and IPIC will take care of your travel cost from your country to the manufacturer’s factory. After every process of selection is concluded, you will be invited officially to our head office here in UAE for the signing of the contract agreement (Hard Copy), legal documents, and other formalities. Also you will undergo a 2 weeks training course here in Abu Dhabi (If the agent needs such training), IPIC will borne the cost of training. The training will give you more knowledge about IPIC operations and your assignment.

 

In addition, you will be paid an agent establishment fee of $250,000.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars) for one year, then you will get an instant pay of $20 on each liter of the product you supplied to us, as your working commission/salary. The agent establishment fee is geared towards facilitating you to establish and open an office in your country as our international agent. Also the monthly supply quantity is 25,000 liters (125 drums of 200-litre drum) per month. You are also entitled to Accommodation Allowance in your home/residence country, monthly Flight Allowance from your country to manufacturer factory for goods inspection before dispatch and Official Car from IPIC (Newest 2013 Toyota Highlander Hybrid) and one year (1) Insurance cover. All these are stated in the contract agreement that will be signed between you and IPIC, and this contract agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of the availability of the product in Africa.

                

All the above mentioned will be effective after confirming you our international agent according to the selection criteria, and your reliability towards such position. The monthly product cost price and delivery charges will be paid by IPIC through you as our agent; meanwhile you are expected to be reliable and accountable towards utilizing the fund for its original purpose. Moreover, you will present to us a monthly report on your financial activities and our project supervisors will visit you at the end of every month to ascertain progress on your monthly report. Get back to us if you are interested and can handle such a contract as international agent, then we shall proceed with the contract terms and conditions.
