Per our agreement, you are to be responsible for the shipment of the puppy.  This indicates the puppy cannot be shipped due to shot requirements and cage.  Please notify them about payment from your end to keep the puppy in transit.  We should not be paying for either and if this cannot be addressed we will want a full refund for the puppy.  In actuality we paid $50 more than the agreed upon price so this will cover your 2% non refundable portion of expenses.

Please let us and the shipping company know ASAP.

This mail, it's contents and attachment is in regards to the Transportation of your Blue eye Husky puppy registered for delivery to your address as stated below:

Your puppy has been under medical check up routine that is required before it can be boarded and in respect to the results obtained from the Vets, we wish to present this to you as a matter of urgency to be acted upon immediately if possible since it's in the best interest of the animal as far as a safe delivery is deemed important.

Please find attached is a copy of  the vet report, kindly read it to understand better and get back so we can have this resolved ASAP.

Every measure taken is in respect to animals rights and aviation safety enforcement and safety regulations.

Pertaining to the Vet report attached here-in, the puppy has been disapproved from being boarded due to weather conditions and failure to meet animal shipping safety measures as required for cross state deliveries.

We hereby regret to inform you that your puppy can not leave as scheduled and we require your immediate action.

Considering it’s winter, the weather condition is currently unfavorable for such young animals so we really restrict our shipping and take special precautions in shipping.

Other delivery agencies have recently faced legal sues from clients whose pets died during freight as a result of careless/forceful attempts to ship so we are simply taking utmost precautions not to experience such.

Our agents are strongly against the puppy being sent in a wire cage because if it is, it might get sick, catch flu or even pass out considering it’s age.

Also, sending the puppy with awareness of the risk involved is strictly against the ASPCA (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) rules and regulations which is normally treated severity.

As advice and precautionary measures, our aviation dept. insist that the puppy MUST NOT carry on with the flight at this moment until the cage is changed and we are hoping that this should be done as soon as possible so that the puppy can stay on schedule.

Attached to this mail you would find samples of grade electrified ''A'' crates recommended for the transportation of the puppy.

The crates are recommended for their high sophistication and safety guarantee.

Only with any of such crates, can we guarantee the health and safety of your puppy.

Alongside the crate, the vet doctors strongly recommended some shots and special immunization vaccines to ensure that the puppy stays strong and healthy during turbulence  and freight. The vaccines would also serve a long term purpose.

Everything has been analyzed and a 98% REFUNDABLE deposit of  $890 (Eight  Hundred and Ninety USD) is required for the electronic crate, immunization vaccines and other vet prescriptions to be gotten so the puppy can be sent without delay. 

THE MONEY YOU ARE PAYING NOW FOR THE VACCINES AND CRATE IS ONLY CONSIDERED AS A SECURITY DEPOSIT SINCE THIS IS AN EMERGENCY AND SHALL BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU CASH UPON DELIVERY OF THE PUPPY.  

So the sooner these items are paid for, the sooner the puppy will be discharged from the infirmary and boarded  for the flight  as prior your puppy today .
