1, Full time employment: Your position is a whole-time employment with the Company and you shall devote yourself exclusively to the business and interests of the company. 2, Contract Period: The contract shall be valid for the period of three years from the date of your joining and it can be extended after the completion of three years. If we are satisfied with your service and you wish to continue your career with Latexplast. You will be given training for a period of 30 days to help you understand your duties and responsibilities in the company.
3. Monthly Salary: You will be paid $10,325 Dollars per month.
4, Salary revision: Your salary will be reviewed on November 1, of each year, or at such other time as the management may decide. Salary revisions are discretionary and will be subject to, and based on, effective performance and results.
5, Posting & Transfer: Your initial posting will be at (720 S Colorado Blvd, Glendale, CO 80246, USA) However, your services are liable to be transferred to any location in United States or abroad, in such a case, you will be governed by the terms and conditions of the service applicable at the new placement location.
6, Housing Facilities: Suitable & comfortable furnished accommodation will be given to you as per company’s rules and regulations.
7, Telecommunication: Mobile allowance will be given to you monthly.
8, Medical Allowance: Medical reimbursement will be given to you as per the company rules and regulations.
9. Transport: transport outside city of your duty, transport allowance will be given to you for official purposes.
