On behalf of EnCana Energy Corporation, I, Mr. Ben Smith recruit Manager, pleased to inform you that you have been selected after reviewing your application form, interview form and the agreement letter which was also duly filled by you. Note; that the entire traveling documents and formalities required by you should be obtained through Canada High Commission New Delhi India. According to the Canadian Immigration Service, your file will be opened through the office of the Canada Attaché in the Canada Embassy on your behalf to fasten up your visa process as soon as possible.
We have agreed that all the cost of the visa should be paid by you, which is in accordance to the Contract Agreement Letter.
Moreover, the Company Management shall send your Flight Ticket when your visa is ready and the housing accommodation has been provided for you. Although, the cost of visa expenses encored on the cause of procuring your papers shall be reimbursed within couple of days of your arrival to the company.
The visa and permit processing fee of the sum of Five Hundred and Ninety Nine Canadian Dollars [$599.00 CAD] only. EnCana Energy Corporation Canada will be responsible for the booking of your Flight Ticket.
Free Accommodation and other related schemes (i.e. Food and Transportation Facility Is Free of no cost).
The Processing fee of $599.00 CAD you paid during your visa processing period will be refunded/reimburse back to you after submitting the receipts/proof of the payment to the EnCana Energy Corporation Canada.
You are advised not to pay any cash at hand, make sure you keep your evidence of payment and same has been communicated to the agent for record purposes.
Upon your arrival, there will be two months orientation training program to gradually introduce you to our system as a foreign worker and proper self introduction will be conducted to enable the management and the rest of the team/department know you better.
This two months orientation training program will help you for a perfect job description that won't stress you as a beginner with us. Taxes will be paid by us and your monthly go home starting salary is $17,520.00 CAD plus Daily salaried work out to be approximately $950.00 CAD.
Incensement will be from 5 months of resuming your duty and also along with any possible bonuses/awards are available for those who show extra concern for their duty. You are required to contact the VISA DEPARTMENT Canada Embassy, New Delhi, India for the procurement of your visa.
All permit; LMO and your Vital Document have been forwarded to our Visa processing affiliated agent in your country.
The visa cost will be refunded to you as soon as you resume duty in Canada in line with the Company policy on international applicants.
Kindly forward your duly signed Employment/Agreement Letter, Original international passport and 4 passport photos to begin with your Visa application.
ACCEPTANCE OF JOB OFFER:
This Contract Letter of Appointment is based on the information in your curriculum vitae (CV) and also the EnCana Energy Corporations’ Application Form of employment signed by you.
Your contract with our company will be 4 years duration and you have the legal right to resign when you are not satisfied with the organizational managerial policies.
If at any time in the near future, it comes to light that any of this information is incorrect or any relevant information has been omitted then your employment is liable to be terminated without notice so you are required to sign this letter of appointment as a token of your acceptance of our terms and conditions and a copy will be submitted to the Immigration Advisory board to enable him/her proceed with your visa procurement.
