I have already printed out and confirmed alright. 

Regarding payment of $440, being application and processing fee for your Ghana employment 
authorization permit card, kindly find the issued guarantee letter from the head of 
administration and the corresponding bank account information for you to make payment 
for the same to proceed further with the processing as soon as possible. 

Once I have the full application requirements including receipt of payment for the same,
it will take maximum period of three working days to get your Ghana employment 
authorization card which I will forward the prototype to you for confirmation 
and the same to the head of administration for the processing of your visa and 
provision of flight ticket as expected
