I hereby confirmed the genuineness and legitimacy of the offer given to you to work as an "Professor - Electronics & Communication Engineering" in our prestigious Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. with Job KUA/18/UAE/5726 and a net monthly salary of Forty - Five Thousand, Five Hundred Emirati Dirham's (AED45,500 ) plus all the Allowances/Entitlements as stated below:
Car Maintenance: AED 5,200 (Monthly)
House & Furnishings: AED 43,500 (Yearly)
Entertainment & Recreation: AED 4,000 (Monthly)
Travel & Events: AED 5000 (Monthly)
will also be paid along with your salary and you are expected to resume duties on the date of 20th,March, 2017, you are still on the right track. As the HR Manager of the University, i signed your contract document.
What you have to do is to send the signed Appointment Letter, passport copies, photo passport to the Al Toufan Travel & Tour Int'l, UAE, for them to guide you on the acquisition and procurement of your work-permit and other necessary document as to enable you work legally here in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates as we have a contract agreement with Al Toufan Travel for the easiest procession of your papers.
Regarding your flight ticket, Khalifa University, has already made provisions for your flight tickets. I think you should start considering the Offer given to you and quit your present job, for coming to Abu Dhabi will boost your career and enhance it for more opportunities in the near future. The stability of your job is quite assured and the cost of living is very low here in United Arab Emirates.
In ARTICLE 9.0, of the offer letter, it stated that Khalifa University, has already provided you a suitable Accommodation in 4 bedroom family sized accommodations in the Khalifa University Residential Estates free of charge. Services of Chauffeurs,gardeners,stewards and butlers are available upon request by Employees and any kind of food will also be made provided for you free of charge.
To show your seriousness and willingness, it is mandatory to complete all the paper work from Al Toufan Travel & Tours Int'l, which means you should process your Visa/work permit from your end directly on the basis of the offer letter. You will have to contact the Al Toufan Travel & Tour Int'l to enable them initiate the process of acquiring your work permit papers which will last for a processing period of 7days after which they will send all relevant document to you.
