NOTIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT/ INITIAL JOB ENGAGEMENT:

It is with great pleasure that we extend to you the offer to join the Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) in Nigeria as Rig Manager /Roughneck/Medical/ Deck Pushers//Supervisor/Drilling Fluid Engineers/ Senior Geophysicist/Senior QC
Geophysicist/Senior Seismologist/Rig Repairs/Maintenance/OperationaManager/Drilling/Scaffold Inspectors/DECK -FOREMAN/Geologist/Auditors/Welders/Floorman/Certified Yoga Instructor/Engineers/CRANE OPERATOR/Securities//Pipe Fitters/Chef Cook/Electrician/Store Keepers/Geologists/Well and Project Control/ Deck
Pushers/Coordinators/Manager/Derrickman/Floorman/Technician/Instrumentalist and Utility/HSE/Health and Safety/Quality Control/Mechanic/surveying/Caterers/Drilling Superintendant at a total monthly
consolidated allowance of Eleven thousand five Hundred dollars and above ($11,500) only while on training, at the completion of four months training, your monthly wages/ salary will be $138,000 only.

JOB RESPONSIBILTY:
You have been requested to join the Nigerian Agip Oil Company on 31st November 2016 in Nigeria for commencement of job in due time upon your compliance with Nigerian Agip Oil Company in Nigeria.
JOB STATUS: You will be expected to enter into an initial job engagement with Nigerian Agip Oil Company otherwise upon your successful/ satisfactory performance and preference where the Government of Nigeria either by
legislation or administrative pronouncement, provides for new and / or additional benefit including increase in salaries or direct that such benefit should be apply to private sector, the Nigerian Agip Oil Company and you shall meet to discuss the new measure.

You shall be entitled to travel and relocation expenses plus travel/contingencies allowances that are excluded of relocation expenses and flight ticket prior to your job commencement. As part of our service commitment/ incentive to encourage our employees who have met our official statuary requirement. Other employment benefits/entitlements include and not limited to:

Fully furnished accommodation (Family / Single Housing) Medical, Dental and Optical care for employee/ Family.
Relocation Expenses. Life/Health Insurance policy implementation.
Overtime Allowances benefit.
Work Hours: the working hour shall be 40hrs. Per week; Monday to Saturdayincluding Sunday.
COMPASSIONATE LEAVE: In the event of death or serious illness of employees’ Father, Wife, Husband, Mother or Child, necessitating presence of Staff, Nigerian Agip Oil Company shall grant compassionate leave with pay up to
a maximum of 72 working days per week.
INTERNATIONALIZATION OF EMPLOYEE:
You shall be given the opportunity for international assignments within the group for the acquisition of experience and exposure to enhance competence and not limited to job engagements as shall required by Nigerian Agip Oil Company be entitled to benefit on such issues.
DISCIPLINE: You are expected to recognize the right of the Nigerian Agip Oil Company to discipline Staff for infringement of company regulations; however the company shall formally discuss with the employee any disciplinary action to be taken thereafter which may result in suspension, termination or dismissal.
1. TERMINIATION: In addition, the company reserves the right to terminate the employment of any Staff who flagrantly or repeatedly fail to comply with the company’s code of conduct or commits an offence of magnitude that company
considers him unsuitable to be its employment.
2. SUMMARY DISMISSAL:
In rare cases, an employee may be dismissed for the commission of a grave offence, in which ease no notice is given. Such offences shall include inter-alia.
a) Theft and fraud in connection with company’s business or property. Any Staff found guilty or implicated in any of these offences may liable to prosecution.
b) Disclosure of confidential information of the company or its associate to a third party.
c) Conviction and/ or imprisonment for criminal offence.
