3.0 SALARY INDICATION
You will eligible to received the amount of Forty-One Thousand, Five Hundred Emirati Dirham’s (AED41,500 )Monthly, equivalent to Eleven Thousand, Three Hundred United States Dollars (11,300USD) as take home salary per month, tax free (Tax Exclusive) monthly, i.e. take home salary- After Tax
WORK TIMING:
Employee hours of work are based on the normal operating hours of the Company and is to be 7 hours daily (Included with meal time) from Saturday to Thursday (9:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M).
4.0 ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS
Hazard/Inconveniences: AED 12,200 .00 (Monthly)

5.0 DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
As soon as the employee embark on his or her trip to Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, the employee will undergo 2 weeks probation (training) with the Company to enable the employee become perfect with the position offered to him/her.
6.0 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL
You are entitled to 2months Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart from one different period.
*You will receive AED 24,000.00 Take home for each leave Period.
*Employer for each Inter-continental trip shall pay AED 17,000 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class.
Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employee's early notification to employer as shall be requested by Employee.
7.0 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES
Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars (Visa) and Work Resident permit, will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will reimburse the Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee's expense Report and Receipts proofs of such Expenses.
On no account will employer accept to shoulder costs for Travel Expenses, Processing of Visa, Work/Residence Permit papers of Employee before arrival. This is possibly evade losses that may be accrued to Employer should Employee decide to decline Job offer after certain Expenses must have been made by Employer. Employer will only reimburse Employee of all expenses made on arrival.
This agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.
The first two months salary shall be paid in advance before any employee of Union Cement Company come down to his/her duty post officially, this is to enable Union Cement Company new Employees settle all his/her domestic needs on arrival. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default.
Payment of one month benefit is also geared towards making sure that all employees has enough money in his/her Bank account as the UAE Expatriates Financial Statutory Law would demand
8.0 SAFETY & SECURITY
Safety and Security (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations, all workers are entitled to security both at work locations & Residential Quarters All operations on Job Location are e designed to adhere e strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy. You are entitled to a free and mandatory safety course on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.
9.0 FEEDING & ACCOMMODATIONS
Newly recruited staff of Union Cement Company (You) will reside at the Company Residential Staff Estate. There are Single Bed-room and Flat options to choose from. You shall eat at the staff canteen free of charge as there are dietary options for vegetarians and non vegetarians.
10. MEDICAL EXPENSES
Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow on care for any injury(s) sustained during the term of contract for employee and family.
11 PROCUREMENT OF WORK PERMIT/ VISA : You will be expected to furnish us with your valid residence, work permits and Visa from the Shanamal Tours & Travel, Dubai, to enable you work legally with Union Cement Company, before 10th June, 2016, as a proof of seriousness to join the Union Cement Company, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
12 REIMBURSEMENT: You shall be provided with our Reimbursement Application Form where you are expected to fill out the expenses incurred by you while completing the procession of your Visa / resident & work permits papers in the course of joining us, while submitting the form back you are to attach receipt of these expenses you mentioned in the reimbursement form as valid proof that such expenses were actually made by you.
Interview: There shall be no other form of interview as this is an online recruitment process and your basis of selection were strongly based on your professional experience, qualifications and some core values found in your resume/CV by the screening department, there will only be an orientation and training section to educate you more on the environment and the challenges facing you.

What you have to do is to send the signed Appointment Letter, passport copies, photo passport to the Shanamal Tour & Travel Int'l, Dubai, for them to guide you on the acquisition and procurement of your work-permit and other necessary document as to enable you work legally here in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates as we have a contract agreement with SHANAMAL TOUR AND TRAVEL INT'L for the easiest procession of your papers.
Regarding your flight ticket, Union Cement Company has already made provisions for your flight tickets. In ARTICLE 9.0, of the offer letter, it stated that Union Cement Company has already provided you a suitable Accommodation in 2bedroom flat(applying to single Employees) and 3 bedroom family sized accommodations (in the case of married Employees)in the Union Cement Residential Estates free of charge. Services of Chauffeurs,gardeners,stewards and butlers are available upon request by Employees and any kind of food will also be made provided for you free of charge.
To show your seriousness and willingness, it is mandatory to complete all the paper work from SHANAMAL TOUR AND TRAVEL, which means you should process your Visa/work permit from your end directly on the basis of the offer letter. You will have to contact the Shanamal Travel to enable them initiate the process of acquiring your work permit papers which will last for a processing period of 7days after which they will send all relevant document to you. And you will remind us after you received your document for your reimbursement immediately.
