Victim Testimonial

They try to deceive me that they have product in Rotterdam that i should pay to extend the storage in Rotterdam, but my contact verified the tank farm and the refinery to be fake. 

The website was Created 23-Feb-2015 and was updated again 09-Apr-2016 to expire 23-Feb-2017.

Also they claim to be a big oil company but they have no Landlines but only mobile number  +7(911) 908-27-31 with Fax.
