We received your application and regards to the conversation and confirmation with the human resources of your employing company Al Zahrawi Hospital United Arab Emirates based here in UAE concerning your job and the issuance of your working permit/entry visa we confirm further details as follows.
In order to commence the processing of your working and resident permit/entry visa into UAE, you have to complete the copy of the following.
1) Complete filled Visa/work permit Application Form...
2) An address reachable by courier services.
3) Data page of Intl. passport (copy bearing applicant face.)
4) Two (2) passport sized photographs of applicant. (Colored)
5) Copy of Birth Certificate (Optional)
You shall also be required to pay the below listed Government /Immigration charges.

c) Courier Fee: ----------------------- USD 100.00

Payment of family processing is USD 2,650.00
Payment of the above mentioned regulated and tariffs will be made by applicant to our office via Western union money transfer. Based on the expatriate policy of U.A.E employee is entitled to personally pay for Resident / Working permits papers which are USD1,450.00 that is for single applicant.
On this note, if you are coming with your family, you are advised to make only the payment of USD 2,650.00 which is the fees for Family Resident/Work Permit.
Applicants from other countries should send above total fee via western union to the attention of the visa-processing attorney:

The total amount required for the processing of your Visa / Work permit papers is $1,450.00 USD for single and applicant coming with his or her family will pay $ 2,650.00 USD .for those who don't have western union money transfer facilities in their country Please notify us once you are ready to make the payment to enable us furnish you with our Agents liaison Bank Account Co-coordinator for immediate counter deposit.
We have a mandate to procure your papers within a stipulated time and this is in line with our procurement policy.
