(Please note that we cannot accept payment by Amex, Mastercard, Visa or Maestro except for local order)."

If you make the mistake of wiring money to these scammers.  They will simply keep your money and not ship anything because they have nothing to ship!  Notice how they don't accept credit cards.  You are protected when you pay with a credit card because the credit card would simply charge the money back if you don't receive the goods!  Never wire money to a stranger!
