Dear staff,

Congratulations on being accepted for employment with our company. As indicated to you during the employment application process, your offer of employment is conditioned upon your successful completion of an application process. I am delighted to formally extend you this offer of employment and am excited that you will become a valued member of our team.

As regard this, the Management has contacted the United States embassy in India for the easy acquisition of your visa because India happens to be our headquarter for all successful foreign candidates to process their United States employment visa.

Moreover, a consular have been appointed at the embassy to be in charge of your visa processing. We request you to comply with him and do as directed by him. He is the one that will let you know all the visa processing procedures.

We have applied for an urgent visa application on your behalf so as to meet up with the resumption date.

You are going to be responsible for your visa processing fee over there in your native country (This is to prove your commitment and readiness to work in this organization.
