This CONTRACT is made and entered into this 4th day of April, 2015 between First Petroleum Group, (also referred to as “The Company”) and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx____ (also referred as “the Candidate”). The offer of employment is subject to the following conditions being met to our reasonable satisfaction.

From time to time you may be expected to perform your duties outside the stipulated hours of work. You hereby agree to work overtime as and when required and will be compensated, therefore according to the requirements of the Basic

Conditions of Employment Act.

(i) Visa Responsibility

The company will bear the responsibility of providing free air ticket(s) for candidate and their immediate family and candidate will bear the initial responsibility of the cost of their visa and work permit and any expenses incurred during visa/ work permit process by candidate will be fully reimbursed as per company’s policy after receiving certified copies from the designated travel agency.

After accepting the job offer from the company you are required to sign the offer letter and contract document and return scan copies to the company via email or fax after which you are required to submit copy of your international passport and other  requirements to MTL TRAVELS INC immediately for the processing of your travel visa. MTL TRAVELS INC is the only contracted official travel and immigration agent for the company who is responsible to provide professional and ethical immigration services and guidance to all new employees of the company who domicile overseas.

You are required to contact the authorized immigration/ travel agency below for your immigration process, the original hard copies of your offer letter and contract documents has been forwarded to them to facilitate the processing of your visa and the hard copies will be couriered to you immediately after all process are completed including job description and responsibilities of the offered position.

(ii) Reimbursement of Expenses

You are required to provide proof or receipt(s) of any expenses incurred during your immigration process to enable the

authorization of the reimbursement of all expenses incurred. Based on company’s policy you are required to set up your bank account only in USD or GBP before traveling to the United States and any entitled payment will only be paid to you  through your expatriate account.
