We have also arranged for a 3 bedroom furnished apartment for your accommodation, which is also to be paid by the Hospital. Any of your family member can also move with you to the USA, if you wish, because the hospital will provide flight tickets and accommodation.

Ref: H1B Visa Application & requirements checklist

As a legal attorney and Immigration expert, we have verified the hard copies of your contract documents received from your employer. Based on your request, we have attached our VISA APPLICATION FORM & REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST in the attachment file.

Complete the attached form and return it back to us through scan email attachments, and if you wish to apply for FAMILY VISA, you will have to include the passport copies of each of the family member.

Note: Tamba Immigration Law Firm (H1B Visa Section) has a direct affiliation with the States Immigration Department which enable us obtain H1B Visa approvals in time. Upon receipt of your completed visa application form and other requirements, we will contact your employer to receive your visa processing fees which according to the States Immigration Law is their responsibility.

After the approvals of your visa, we will inform you about the stamping of your H1B Visa, the approval time will take approximately 7 to 10 days. Therefore, make sure you submit the visa form and other requirements in time to enable us approve your visa before the holidays.
