Yes, its a scam. The domain was just registered yet the website claims the company was created in 2007. They appear to only accept money via bank to bank transfer. "9. You will receive email information about your order, then we will send payment information (account number, amount to be paid) in more detail to your email."

All these fake companies require payment via Western Union/MoneyGram or Bank to Bank transfer and that's how they get away with the scam. Never pay anybody you have not actually met using any of those methods of payment! It is like giving cash to a stranger!  Outboard Motor Scam
This is my first post, as I have been trying to find out if I have been scammed or not buying and outboard from Indonesia.
With the amount of websites for OB's, Cycles, ATV's that have been suspended for non supply, it must be a pretty sophisticated operation as I dont think the Indo's are smart enough to conjur this up themselves. It doesn't have to be official , but its been 5 weeks since I paid for an OB and was told that it would be 12 days, max to deliver. Still no sign of the package and I don't hear from anybody at the store , don't reply to emails, its all the things I'm reading of what has happened to other contributors to this forum, about these businesses, scamming the world. Just got an email from a guy in Florida who got done and that was 6 months ago, Different Company but same old storey. But guess what, they are trying to pull a mate of mine in on a big figure but they won't talk to me. Yes a scam with all the indications:
Ridiculously low prices Recent domain registration valid for 12 months Domain Name: STOREOUTBOARD.COM Registration Date: 06-Nov-2012 Expiration Date: 06-Nov-2013 Contact No. +6289620055180 is a mobile number Prefers payment by Western Union " PayPal can't use it because we have probelm for our account." In other words they are crooks and can't get a PayPal account. If you paid by any recoverable means I'd get onto that right away. If you paid by WU or similar, you can let their agent know, but very very little chance of getting anything back.
