Dear Sir,
Thanks for your mail. I will advice that you send all your emails to this email address so that it will be given immediate attention.
You will need to pay the sum of $39,450 as INHERITANCE TAX and Normalization fee to the ministry of Finance so that a code will be given to you for all your transactions in line with our country laws. You can not make any online transactions or transfers until the tax fees are paid. We have already sent an approval notice to the Ministry for processing.
An account details will be given to you as soon as you are ready to send the fee. This fee can not be deducted as the account is already coded by the government. See the attached copy.
Lastly, I will need a copy of your Identity or international passport for filling.
