Carman L.Lapointe / Fake Payment Scam

Hello my dear, I hope you are doing great today? I am sorry for late response. Following the recent development in regards to your unpaid payment valued at $15.5 million after our meeting, the management of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) writes to notify you that we have re-scheduled your payment by on-line wire transfer through our accredited bank, City State Bank of Florida Inc.
 
The reason is because we would not want your transfer to encounter any difficulty more especially stop order by any security officials around the globe. You are hereby advice to contact the director in charge for your payment immediately with the below information for further payment release to your account:

City State Bank of Florida Inc.

Note that on your contact to the above bank do inform them that you are directed by Ms. Carman Lapointe also inform them your total amount is $15.5 million, and do notify this office as soon as you contact the above Bank. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of my email.
