TERMS & CONDITIONS.
This statement sets out the particulars of the terms and conditions of employment with G-TOWER HOTEL UNITED KINGDOM,(hereinafter called” the company"). Any changes in the terms and conditions described below will be notified to you in writing as such will constitute formal variations to your letter of appointment.
In this statement” Group" mean those companies, which comprise the G-TOWER HOTEL, as constituted from time to time.

COMMENCEMENT OF EMPLOYEMENT

REMUNERATION
Your monthly pay is 4,500pounds, allowances and reimbursement will be as provided in the Annexure-A. The gross stipend or salary will be subject to deduction of tax at source. the exception of the obligation to withhold tax, the company, however, assumes no responsibility for your personal tax affairs, and your tax liability in respect of your remuneration, which is entirely your responsibility
In addition you will be eligible for applicable and other benefits/facilities such as free accommodation accordance, free hospitality, free air ticket with company’s policies, rules and regulations.
PAYMENT OF SALARY
In accordance with the usual practices of the company, your salary will be directly credited in your salary account. This mode of payment is employed with a view to keeping confidential the salaries of staff in our organisation. You are requested not to disclose the terms of your employment to others, in particulars, to the employees of the company and other Group companies. All issues in this connection should be referred to the undersigned personally.
DATE OF BIRTH
You have declared your date of birth in the company’s application form. This cannot be altered at your Option hereafter. it will be the sole evidence of your age in relation to all matters pertaining to your services
For this purpose you are required to produce the original school certificate or a certificate the registrar of birth and deaths, certifying your date of birth together with a this contract of employment .The original certificate shall be returned while the photocopy duly attested by us shall be retained for company records.
CODE OF CONDUCT
You will be required to adhere to the code of business conduct and standard of business behaviours that we expect from all employees. You will be bound by the rules of the company, which is available with the undersigned.
MEDICAL EXAMINATION
The company reserves to itself the right to have undergone a medical examination, from time to time, at its sole discretion. This appointment wills, at all times, be subject to the company nominated doctors certifying you t be fit to carry out the duties allotted to you.
CONFIDENTIALITY
In the course of your employment with us, and by virtue of the position held by you, you may acquire information and documents, technical or otherwise ,including any computer software, which is confidential or proprietary to the company or its subsidiaries or affiliates .you are therefore under an obligation not to, directly divulge, transfer ,disclose, communities, or pass on or use any association or any entity for any reason or purpose what so ever, save as required by law and with the express consent of the company, on your resignation or termination of your employment, for any reason whatsoever, you will immediately deliver to the company all equipment, software ,original and copies of documentations(including documentation stored in electronic format) and any other property belonging to the company, which is in your possessions, or under your control.
NO SIMULTANEOUS EMPLOYMENT
While in the employment of the company, you will devote the whole of your time and energy exclusively to the business and affairs of the company and you will not be employed by any other company, entity, whether on a full time or on temporary part time or offer your services with or without pay to any physical person or person as advisor, director, partner, whether paid or not for your services, without

the prior written permission of the company. In case this condition is contravened, your training or employment, as the case be will deemed to have ceased in terms of this appointment as a result of misconduct and a breach of your obligation under this Letter.
TERMINATION
The terms and conditions of this letter shall continues in full force and effect unless terminated by you or the company, as the case may be, in accordance with the terms hereof. Either party shall have the right to terminate this letter of appointment by giving one month’s notice in writing to that effect or by paying one month’s salary in lieu thereof.
The Company shall have the right of terminating this agreement forthwith, in the event of any misconduct on your part, and/or breach of your terms of employment.
HANDING OVER CHARGE OF COMPANY"S PROPERTY ON TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT.
You will be bound at the termination of Agreement, however terminated, to return to the company any of the property of the company in your possession, including correspondence, which you may have conducted -whether semi-official or otherwise, in the business of the company or its behalf.
