We have commenced a new quarter at Lorne Stewart PLC and in this new quarter we have expanded our business horizon, this has brought about the need for a total recruitment process and hence this brief recruitment exercise. Though this exercise was brief, but we are delighted with the huge number of applications we received from all over the world. Vacant Positions were few compared to the numbers of applications received. Therefore a thorough screening was done to every application received so as to get the best to join our ever reliable team. Though an oral interview could not take place due to limited time frame among other reasons, the recruitment team is confident we have picked the right applicants to form a shortlist of successful applicants. We also followed our comprehensive policy of equal opportunities in employment in which individuals are selected and treated on the basis of their relevant merits and abilities and are given equal opportunities regardless of their Race, Colour, Nationality, Disabilities or any other factor. This mail contains the decision made by the Recruitment team along with the Human Resources Department regarding your application. We want you to read this mail and the attached contract carefully. After due consideration by the recruitment team and approval from management, a decision was reached to offer you a job in this establishment. We compared your application in general with those of other applicants who applied for the same position as you and after thorough screening the recruitment team came to a conclusion that you are the best candidate to fill the position. We are satisfied with your qualifications and also your answers to our application questions. Attached to this mail is an Employment Agreement prepared by our legal practitioners. You are required to review this Employment Agreement and if you find the terms and conditions stated therein favorable kindly print out the last page of the Employment Agreement and write down your name and signature in the space provided after which you are required to scan and send the scanned copy back to us via e-mail attachment

Though we are committed to a comprehensive policy of equal opportunities in employment regardless of factor such as location and nationality, we also must obey the laws of the UK Border Agency. The immigration consultant working with us have confirmed from the UK Border Agency that due to your nationality you a need a Foreign Affairs certification and Work Permit/Resident Permit to work legitimately in the UK. Owing to the fact that you do not have a UK Foreign Affairs certification and Work Permit/Resident Permit which is needed for your Visa processing, you will to have to immediately contact the recognized immigration Consultant working with us so that they can furnish you with details on how to get the named document and help in the procurement of your UK Visa and other travel Documents that will be needed from you to proceed to the UK. The Immigration Consultant will be a mediator between you and the UK Border Agency. With their help your travel and immigration documents will be ready in due time so you can resume your job on the expected date. When your travel documents are being processed, we shall proceed with securing your accommodation here in UK at our staff Quarters after we have confirmed your visa, seriousness and willingness to join our team here in UK.
