Supervisor as the Head of department of every foreign Contractor both
On shore and offshore.


8. SALARY IS THE TOTAL SUM OF $29,000.00 USD (TWENTY NINE THOUSAND
UNITED STATES DOLLARS)

9. WORKING SCHEDULE; MONDAY - THURSDAY.

Note: The nature of your job, is the place of Senior Field supervisor, as right now our company is currently having a new Refinery Plant here in Malaysia, And since you will be the New Senior field supervisor every foreign contractors here in Malaysia will have to report to you,
so you can authorize the report to the united states of America, for work previews.
You are to send us these documents:

A. A copy of Reference Letter.
B. Scanned copy of your International Passport.

The Documents should be provide to us through scan e-mail attachment for fast processing, because all the positions need expatriates who can be able to start up employment on 27 April  2013, and all the
arrangement need to be made as fast as possible.

1.    Accommodation & Location -;    Be informed that you will be living / base in Sarawak, Malaysia, which is even more closer to office, If you take this job offer. You will living alone with your Family if any in a duplex in Maritime Oilfield Services Finest Estate Sarawak. Note: The apartment is fully Furnished has every necessary requirement in it.

2. Nature of Job and; Responsibilities -;   Your Job position is the place Of SENIOR FIELD SUPERVISOR Responsibilities-;
(a.)  Assist and support the company in getting reports from our new Plant construction currently going on.
(b.) Get full details of reports from Sub-supervisor from every department
(c.)  If satisfied, with the presented reports or documents,
Authorize and sign for approval but if not satisfied with the reports Or documents, Decline reports and documents for proper completion of reports or documents.
(d.) Supervision must be done every duty time (Working Hours only).
(e.) All reports must be sent to Maritime Oilfield Services Headquarters, in United States for international preview.

3. Work vacation-;   having your leave depends on when and what time You want it, as your leave / vacation can be accumulated for you to Have your vacation at the time you want. It must not be after 90 days, After 90 days, if you want you can have your leave but if not you can
have it when you really want.

4. Salary/ Payment-; Salaries are paid every month, which indications that your salary for months is the total sum of $29,000.00 USD (Twenty Nine thousand United States Dollars). Pay Check must be
received every 27th Day of the month with additional monthly allowance ($5,500.00 USD).

5. Contract Duration / Contract Renewal -;   after contract is over for the duration of contract signed, we have a lots of opportunity to either renew contract with the company or become fully employed, but
certainly Maritime Oilfield Services has a good record of retaining Contractors/workers. As we are entitled to reduce Unemployment around the world.

6. Airfare / Transportation-;
 Note: Our Company will help send to you an appointment and invitation letter to be send to the Malaysia Immigration contacts that will be given to you. Our company wouldn't be responsible for visa/work
permit charges as this is clearly stated in the Letter of Agreement. But Immediately the Immigration visa / work permit is approved, Maritime Oilfield Services will send Flight tickets, as noted
already Toyota Camry 2008 2.4G model in on standby upon employee's arrival.

7.   Reimbursement -;   If it happens that Employee made any charges
on company's half, It's stated in company's policy , that employee/
worker must be reimbursed with additional 10% of the total Funds
spent. So every Worker / employee is well guarantee of reimbursement.

8. Hospitality & Medical Aid -; Every employee working with S
Maritime Oil field Services is entitle to Full health requirements, As there is always free
Medical Aid/Free hospitality   for employee & Family to ensure proper
health functions for our workers. Every Hospital Bills are being
taking care of by Maritime Oilfield Services.

9 Education –;  Maritime Oilfield Services provide free education for every employee's child/
Children , At the same time Maritime Oilfield Services will help to give workers more
training and further education of necessary.

Fake Contract

3.1 The (Maritime Oil And Gas Company) shall pay CONTRACTOR/EMPLOYEE on satisfactory performance of the services stated in Article 1, through 1st party contractor the sum USD $29,000.00 (Twenty nine Thousand Dollars only) months or Euros / Pounds equivalent depending on employee’s home country.
3.2 Maritime Oil And Gas Company shall pay for services rendered in Article 1 by cheque
presented on a monthly basis at the rate stated in Article 3.1.
3.3 Payments of undisputed invoices will be made by Schlumberger Oilfield Services to the
CONTRACTOR monthly.
3.4 Maritime Oil And Gas Company shall pay all of the fees in Article 3.1 in US dollars or Euros equivalent depending on employees’ home country and shall be paid; 80% to an offshore account provided by contractor and 20% locally.
The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred
only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of
travel documents (flight tickets), immunizations etc. Reimbursements shall be made before
employee embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of
employee’s expense report and receipts, this is after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through their local representatives assistance from the Immigrations/Internal affairs ministry in MALAYSIA.
Employer for each intercontinental trip shall pay $5,520.00 flat rate travel/entertainment
allowance to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment
allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of
purchase. Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.
3.5 Confirmed employees are those employee’s that have successfully acquired and
forwarded his/her necessary permits clearance papers to the employers’ management-duly
Certified by the Malaysia Immigration Services / Ministry Of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Of Malaysia). Then they shall be entitled to article 3.0-3.4 above.
3.6 OTHER BENEFITS

Phones: The employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile
telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.
Local transportation: Shall be fully provided for employee and family by employer.
Adequate private office space in a conducive and comfortable work environment shall be
provided for each employee.
Employees’ shall be authorized three (3) times paid vacation during the term of the contract, to be used at the employees ‘discretion after duly informing and receiving approval from
employer’s management. Employer will pay for travel expenses (i.e. flight tickets) and flat rate travel allowance of US $5,520.00.
ARTICLE 4: GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT/OTHER BENEFITS
4.1 Unless otherwise stated in a superseding document, the Contract Administrator of
Maritime Oil And Gas Company shall maintain general administration and management of the
project and all progress reports should be addressed Maritime Oil And Gas Company him.
4.2 Working Shift Hour is from 8.00 AM – 4.00 PM
ARTICLE 5: ASSIGNMENT
5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall not assign or transfer any or all of its rights, responsibilities or
obligation under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Maritime Oil And Gas
Company which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. However, Maritime Oil And Gas Company shall be entitled without such consent to assign the transfer of any or all of its rights, responsibilities, obligations and liabilities under this Agreement to any affiliate of (Maritime Oil And Gas Company) OF MALAYSIA or its co-venture subject to prior written notification.
ARTICLE 6: INDEMNITY
The CONTRACTOR agrees to indemnify and hereby indemnifies Maritime Oil And Gas Company respect of all third party claims arising from the performance of this contract.
ARTICLE 7: FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 Notwithstanding anything herein stated, neither party should be considered in default in
the performance of its obligations under this Agreement as a result of Force Majeure.
The term "Force Majeure" shall include but not limited to Act of God, War, Nationwide strike, Lockout, Riot and Civil commotion. A strike or Lockout embarked upon by only the
CONTRACTOR’S personnel shall not be deemed to be included in this term.
7.2 If an interruption of work occurs as a result of "Force Majeure" for up to seven (7) days,
70% of the basic daily fees shall be paid as standby.
However, if such suspension results in CONTRACTOR not being able to perform its duties for more than seven (7) days, then Maritime Oil And Gas Company may at its option elect to
Continue the implementation of this Agreement at adjusted standby rates to be negotiated by
Maritime Oil And Gas Company and CONTRACTOR or to terminate the contract.
ARTICLE 8: TERMINATION
8.1 This Agreement may be terminated: -
(i) If the services stated in Article 1 and are not rendered satisfactorily.
(ii) If the duration of the Agreement stated in Article 2 expires and no extension has been
given.
(iii) Under Force Majeure as stated in Article 7.0
ARTICLE 9: DEFAULT OF CONTRACTOR
9.1 In the event of default by CONTRACTOR or non-compliance by CONTRACTOR with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Maritime Oil And Gas Company shall give notice to CONTRACTOR specifying areas of default and CONTRACTOR shall have ten (10) calendar days to rectify to Maritime Oil And Gas Company satisfaction, the said defaults. If CONTRACTOR does not rectify to (Schlumberger Oilfield Services) satisfaction, the said default's) within ten (10) days of receipt of the notice, Maritime Oil And Gas Company May proceed with termination of this Agreement subject only to settlement of all payments due and outstanding at the time of termination.
ARTICLE 10: ADDRESSES FOR NOTICE
All notices and other communication required to be given hereunder by one party to the other shall be in writing and shall be sufficiently given if sent by post, faxed or delivered by hand Notice shall be deemed to have been properly given if delivered by hand or registered post, fourteen (14) days after dispatch or postage.
ARTICLE 11: ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement embodies the entire understanding of the parties hereto and any prior representation or arrangements are hereby superseded.
ARTICLE 12: EMPLOYEE VISA / WORK PERMIT
All foreign employees must obtain visa / work permit from Malaysia Immigration Department, which contact will only be provided by Maritime Oil And Gas Company to enable a better registration of every international worker that will be working with Schlumberger Oilfield Services you are not to obtain a Malaysia Visa / Working permit from the Embassy in your own country.
Maritime Oil And Gas Company can only give to you, the immigration to contact to obtain your visa / Work permit, as this is the policy signed by both Maritime Oil And Gas Company and Malaysia Immigration Department.
NOTE:
Every foreign employee (International worker) coming to work with Maritime Oil And Gas
Company must be responsible for obtaining both the Malaysia Visa / working permit from the Malaysia Immigration department, But after the employee have resume office with us; the
charges paid for obtaining the visa / work permit me will be refunded back to personal account as this is the new policy of the company.
ARTICLE 13: ATTESTATION
AS WITNESS, the hands of the duly authorized representatives of the parties, the day and year first above written;
