Terms Of Service And Regulations

Ensure and maintain the security of information relating to customers
and personnel in the hotel. Deal efficiently and courteously with all
customer complaints, take ownership and ensure that you refer to your
Manager or Supervisor when necessary so follow up is auctioned
accordingly. Manage all customer requests efficiently and courteously
by monitoring and following up with the guest directly. Using Espresso
Software to log all calls and incoming request for the Communications
Runners and other responsible departments to action them immediately.
Maintain a high standard of personal appearances, grooming and hygiene
in accordance with the hotel policy. When dealing with other
departments, ensure you use respect and the right channel when
advising or requesting items / services for guests. Ensure that you
attend all Communications meetings and scheduled Training Sessions.
Work together as a team in Communications and ensure you treat all
Team members with equal respect. Be fully conversant with all
facilities and services provided within the hotel to provide our guest
with fast and efficient Hmagic Service. Be constantly aware of any
up-selling and promoting opportunities when they arise. Be fully
trained, knowledgeable and confident about our product and services
and ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times. Maintain an
awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel to maximize room
sales and revenue for the hotel. Maximization of sales and revenue for
the hotel by maintaining a sales and service oriented attitude at all
times. Promote in house revenue outlets on a consistent basis when
receiving guest inquiries. Ensure the complete knowledge of all
property management systems to be used in the Communications
department to provide better and faster service to our guest and
therefore ensure an increase in guest satisfaction ratings. Effect the
fast and efficient monitoring and follow up of guest requests by
consistently logging all incoming request in the Software System and
ensuring that the Communications Runners have all the necessary
information to serve the guest in a professional and cost effective
manner. Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and
local area to be able to assist with any guest-related request and
inquiries that will be managed by the Hmagic department. Ensure the
Communications Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback
from customers, team members or other departments to improve
Communications with our guest and throughout the entire organization.
You will have excellent communication skills, be able to Miltie task,
be organized and have a passion for customer service with an eye for
detail.

have had extensive experience in a similar role within a large hotel
operation. Be confident and able to work your section with a passion

You will have to Pay the sum of 206 pounds to UK IMMIGRATION for
securing of your visa documents and processing of your Working Visa
and Work Permit also, The Hotel will assist in getting you here
ranging from Visa, Flight Ticket, Accommodation/Housing, Feeding and
every other things, read Terms and Condition for proper understanding.
If you read and understand the nature of your employment with the
hotel and accept it, you will have to contact the Immigration visa
processing unit on this contact in requesting for your Immigration and
UK Employment Visa Form with Guide Note on how to print
it,(info_ukimmigration@imail.com) they will be in the position to
nominate the Attorney that will assist in getting your documents
legalized, Authenticated and posting of the original documents which
includes.

1. Letter of Invitation from Kingsway Hall Hotel.
2. Job Contract Offer of Appointment.
3. Direct Flight Ticket Confirmation slip from British Airway.
4. Legal Documents that will back you up to come and work in UK which
you will take along to UK Embassy in your country.

This are the documents we expect you will have at hand, you will take
this documents to the embassy along with the one the UK immigration
will send to you for the stamping of your working visa.

2. International Passport
3. 1 copy of 2x2 ordinary passport for registering of your file in UK
embassy in your country
4. Medical Report (if any available by then but if not, when you
arrive to UK you have a medical test)

Hotel with what you wrote to them, then the Hotel will file all your
documents to them, they will issue you the Immigration and UK
Employment Visa Form which you will Fill and Return back to them with
the slip of your payment, I advice you to ask any question you need to
me, not to the Immigration because is a very strict office.
